- 3Specialize explicitly: buyer's agent, seller's agent, listing agent, luxury ($2M+), first-time buyers, commercial, investment property.
- 4Name the MLS you use and any platform fluency (Matrix, Flexmls, Compass tech, Zillow Premier Agent).
- 5If you have designations (CRS, ABR, CLHMS, GRI), list them — they matter for luxury and specialty work.
