I'm writing about the Sales Associate opening at Compass Austin. I hold an active Texas real-estate license (#0123456) since 2021 and closed $14.2M in residential transactions across 38 homes last year, ranking 7 of 120 agents at my current brokerage — a mid-size Austin-metro independent.
My strongest segment has been first-time buyers in North Austin in the $350-600k range, where 88% of my 2024 clients closed within 45 days of contract.
