Dear Hiring Manager,
My portfolio is at jane-doe-design.com, and the first case study on it — redesigning mobile onboarding for a 2M-user fintech — is a close mirror of the "self-serve activation" work you described in the Senior Product Designer posting at Ramp. Completion rate on that flow moved from 47% to 68% in the first quarter after launch.
At my current role I led end-to-end design on the onboarding revamp above, ran 22 usability sessions across three regions to validate a new pricing page (the shipped variant lifted free-to-paid conversion 18%), and built a design system now used by 40+ engineers that cut new-feature design cycle from two weeks to three days. I also partnered with accessibility on bringing core checkout to WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, which unblocked a $6M enterprise deal.
Ramp appeals to me because the product solves a real, unglamorous business problem and the design team clearly sweats craft — both things I want more of. I'd especially love to work on the expense-review surface, which is where card-and-bill products either earn trust or lose it.
If it would be useful, I can walk through the onboarding redesign in a 30-minute portfolio review. Thank you for considering me.
Warm regards, Priya Desai
